These terms govern your use of RegFile, Inc.("RegFile"). By using the service you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

What RegFile is

RegFile is software that prepares regulatory filings from your data and public records. It is not legal adviceand not a substitute for a licensed professional. You are responsible for reviewing each draft and verifying it against the rule you're subject to before authorizing a filing.

You authorize every filing

Every regulator submission requires your explicit authorization first. The information you provide must be accurate and you must have the authority to certify and file it.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Pass-through government or postage fees, where they apply, are charged at cost and shown separately.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RegFile disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability for any claim to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months.
